In 2022, NYS enacted Legislation S. 9427-A/A. 10477 which establishes pay transparency in New York State, requiring employers to list salary ranges in advertisements or postings for job opportunities and promotions. The NASW-NYC Chapter strongly encourages you to share your salary range on the materials you submit for your ad.
